Zaina Smith

Hello! My name is Zaina and I am a military wife and mother to two amazing girls. I am a Florida native and grew up in the Tampa Bay Area. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from USF and was in the medical field until recently. 

We have been a part of the Watch Me Swim family since 2021 when I enrolled my first child in lessons with Ms. Kari at just 9 months old and now my second is taking lessons at 14 months old. Growing up in Florida you are constantly around beaches and pools and various types of bodies of water. 

Once I started having kids I realized the importance of water safety and after watching my daughter take lessons and seeing the incredible life saving skills she learned, I was inspired to be a part of something amazing! I am beyond excited to begin teaching children about water safety and essential life-saving skills.
